| Deputy Project Manager (扩产项目经理助理) | ||
Responsibility: ·Support foreign Project Manager directly to lead the extension project efficiently. ·Establish project master timeline, follow up and update it based on the development of the project. ·Organize and manage sub ·projects ·Identify the conflicts in the schedule of different aspects of the project and work out daily problems. ·Provide a clear picture of project development to core team on a scheduled basis. Detect and bring forward critical problems. ·Assist the Project Manager (Foreigner) to complete the compiling of necessary supporting documents for various reporting purpose ·Coordinate between Process, Non Process activities and Industrialization/Qualification ·With the help of accounting, follow and consolidate the project budget and provide reports & reforecast. Qualification: ·Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering. ·Solid manufacturing background with minimum 3 years working experience in production or project management. ·Excellent planning, organizing, communication skills and interpersonal skill. ·Fluent in both spoken and written English |
